Everyone can start lifting as it's become trendy through social media and accessible.

There's such an excellent infrastructure of gyms around the globe.

Memberships cost very little. That hadn't been the case 20 or 30 years ago.

Yet, not everyone who signs up for a gym membership with the intention of gaining muscles will reach that goal.

After two weeks, most gym newbies realize it takes consistent long-term effort to get in shape.

A lot of them get frustrated then and quit working out.

They then start saying things like, "Oh yeah, I tried it, and it just didn't work for me."

No buddy. You've approached it the wrong way with unrealistic expectations.

That's what I tell someone when I hear such a dumb phrase.

Many people buy into false truths which make them think their goal could be achieved short-term. Of course, they are frustrated when that’s not the case.
