Me three years ago vs. this summer (both mirror selfies, unfiltered, and not the best camera quality)

It often seems that some naturally get it all accomplished in terms of success and others don’t.

When it comes to fitness, there are more research, findings, and principles for success than ever, but still, people rely on age-old excuses like:

“Look at this guy. He’s got that physique because he’s got the right genetics.”

“I just don’t have the time for it.”

“When I’m done with work in the evening, I just can’t find my motivation.”

“Blah…blah…blaaah”

The one thing we’re all doing wrong initially that makes us give up

Maybe you can relate to this story:

I’ve been into fitness since I was 17 and saw how amazingly fit the people in the magazines and on social media look. I wanted to be like them. Many teenagers do.

I consumed a lot of fitness YouTube content and motivational videos. I thought it’d be super easy to get there because all my fellow gym-goers had gorgeous bodies and didn’t have such difficulties building it. At least it seemed so.
