I’m gonna be honest.

I’ve been kind of in a rut myself lately.

It’s been challenging for me to hit the gym and eat clean during the past weeks.

Two years ago when I was still a university student, my daily schedule was so much more flexible, and my biggest priority was the gym and getting jacked.

It was so easy because my whole day was laid out so I could have a great performance in my workout. I had much more mental capacity to optimize training and nutrition.

Yet, with a 40-hour job, a girlfriend, side hustles, and other newly-gained responsibilities, my weekly schedules have become tighter.

Sometimes, I skipped the gym on a particular day. That always hurt me the most afterward. I love to work out.

Sure, if you’ve known and followed me for longer, you know that I preach anti-perfectionism like nobody else and that I’d rather prefer having a low-quality workout for 30 minutes than no workout at all.

But unfortunately, nobody’s perfect.
