One of my biggest fitness idols ever — Gregg Plitt, may he rest in peace — once made the following statement:
“Get the mind right. The body will follow.”
I think these words contain so much truth.
Your fitness and your physique stand and fall with your mindset and knowledge.
I didn’t fully understand for a long time what that meant and continued doing things wrong while believing I was on the right path.
Many people are in similar situations:
They aren’t getting results or remain at a plateau, not knowing what they can change.
Unfortunately, most people give up too soon when they’re at such a point and never touch a dumbbell again. That’s sad.
Everything changes by realizing this…
Fitness and building your body are relatable to the way you manage your money.
I like that comparison because so many are under the impression that they’re dealing intelligently with their finances when they’re actually not.
