Avoiding Sugar Won’t Make You Healthy. This Mindset Will.

Everyone’s common sense knows that the consumption of too much sugar is risky to their health.

But do you know how much of it you eat daily? — If not, it’s probably a much higher amount than you think.

Food lobbyists are doing enough, so you neither think nor care about it.

The food industry receives insanely high profits from trading sugar and wants it to stay that way.

That’s why it’s everywhere. From a burger bun to your pumpkin spice latte.

I’m not here to demonize the white substance and say you should live a perfect life. I’d be the billionth one to do that and, at the same time, I’m consuming it as well. Sometimes intentionally, sometimes unintentionally.

It’s difficult to escape the sugar trap. Yet not impossible.

To me, it’s about showing how dangerous regular consumption can be for our health and sensitizing people on that.

Making them aware of the consequences while not freaking out on every sip they take at a Starbucks.

Sugar Has Its Reasons For Being Omnipresent

It is everywhere.
