Finally someone who's transparent about this industry. I agree with the first 4 truths blindly. I have a pretty similar world-sight on them. Yet, I disagree that "most" supplements are useless. Since I've been taking zinc, magnesium, omega-3-fatty-acids, whey and creatine, my performance in the gym due to enhanced regeneration has increased significantly. Also, since I take zinc and magnesium I haven't been sick once. My lifestyle was pretty healthy before that, but i would struggle to get enough of these nutrients through my daily nutrition. I guess it depends on how your diet looks like to be in need of a specific supplement.
