Getting an attractive and trained physique is similar to someone gifting you money.

Zero men would complain if they were gifted a six-pack plus a low body fat percentage.

Zero women would complain if someone gifted them the perfect hourglass figure.

Not everybody needs or wants those physiques.

Yet, I’m 100% sure nobody will complain if they had it and got admiration for it. We all secretly crave that, even if body positivity movements want us to think something else.

Most people who are unsatisfied with how they currently look because, e.g., they have too much fat on their hips, are looking for ways to eliminate these “problem zones.”

Most of them are putting the cart before the horse.

It’s beneficial to follow some principles before you rush into it and post on social media that you will make the craziest transformation of all time.

Principles will help you stick to the routines you need for a specific outcome with your body, and that’s vital if you have a fitness goal.
