Great piece. I'd like to add that cheap coffee is mostly roasted very shortly, because that's a cheaper process for the industry. Yet, for a coffee bean to get rid of all the poisonous acids it contains, it takes around 20 minutes of roast.
It's not a great amount of acids if one drinks cheap coffee. But if they consume it over many years, that can also add to stomach and heart problems. Plus the quality and the taste is so much different if you invest a few more cents on the well-roasted version.
