Great piece! I refused to track my macros for example for years because I thought it's beneath me.

Once I started it, I suddenly had success in the gym because before that I was never aware of how little I ate. It's the same with walking. Most people think they walk a lot, when they indeed only walk 4.000 steps a day. Then they wonder why all the fat stays on their hips.
