Hey Kevin, thanks so much for your reply. Sure, it's important to do the math with calories. But it's also important long-term to put 80% of quality calories into your system. I know people who overdo it too much with "less quality food" and who hit the gym 4 times a week.

I can't imagine they're doing something good to their health.

Yet, working out enables you to eat more and not become overweight. That's the most important part for me.
