While I agree that fasting is a good and healthy practice to some extent, I find it a little too shortsighted to focus only on embracing hunger. It makes sense and discipline is important, but in my opinion, that's only one piece of the puzzle.
Maintaining a calorie deficit while eating high-protein and high-volume + low-calorie is scientifically proven to be one of the most effective ways to lose bodyfat and weight in a few weeks. Why? - Because it works against hunger and against the yoyo-effect. If you eat high-volume and low-calorie at the same time you feel well saturated and hunger won't even appear if practiced right.
