I almost wanted to disagree, but then I read this final sentence.
I totally agree with the point that caffeine is better for that purpose. But what about the people who don't like drinking coffee or taking in caffeine in general? - In my opinion it can make sense to take fat burners only if you're already a fit person, work out regularly and are cutting body fat to make your muscle mass more visible. After weeks of dieting the metabolism might fall asleep a bit even if you're active. So certified fat burners can help here. But in any other case they're useless.
