There was this hype some years ago about eating 10,000 calories in a day.

It seemed every Fitness YouTuber hopped onto that hype train and tried it for entertainment purposes. Self-experiments were always working well on the platform.

These videos received millions of views.

Everyone wanted to see how the human body would react and if a person could even accomplish eating so much in a single day.

I didn’t think it was possible at first but after seeing it work out on different YouTube channels, I ended up wanting to see the effects on myself and what would happen with my body throughout and after that food coma day.

So I started such an experiment myself.

How I set the day up

Unfortunately, I didn’t weigh myself in at the beginning of the day.

This is why there is no comparison of how my weight had been in the morning before and how it had developed the day after the challenge.

Also no before and after photos, medical data like values of my blood pressure, heart rate, liver health, and other important body…
