I resonated well with all 3. And two of those I've been doing for a long time.
Drinking water first thing in the morning was never a problem for me. Yet, recently I have had it difficult to not stare on my phone first thing, but I want to get it under control again.
Also, a nutrient-packed breakfast has been on my schedule for years, but after a 14 to 16 hour fast.
