I think it is really crazy nowadays.

I'm following a Youtuber that has bought ground and built a house for, I believe, about 150.000$ and then sold it again after only 7 months of living in there. I mean, in his case it's not a big deal because he's financially more than stable, but approaching this exposes how little of a responsibility own property has become if you're liquid.
