I totally agree with you. Maybe it's a different view I have as a European. But my experience shows me that "worrying" too much about what I eat, and "regretting" it when I couldn't be disciplined enough to let it be and avoid a cheat meal are more destructive to my psyche than the actual fast food.

That's the core message I was trying to display. Unfortunately, it's maybe not so obvious.
