It makes sense, the body needs good fatty acids to build lots of those growth hormones. Since I've started taking omega-3s and cut down on regularly intaking my calories through fast food (a few times a week because I couldn't get the cals in otherwise due to bad appetite), I realized that I have a quite better progress. Sure, it's my own science, but I decide to trust that evidence that exists.
