It's such an interesting topic to think about. Recently, I've taken a moment and thought about how the bf effect impacted my life. If I hadn't taken all my courage and approached my current girlfriend on the street a year ago, so many things wouldn't have happened that I'm thankful for.

We're so stuck in our head sometimes, that we don't even think about all the great experiences we prevent ourselves from if we went out of our comfort zone.
