That's what I've been preaching for years. Posts like yours are very important as there is so much non-sense out there in the mainstream media about how to lose weight. Most people I know, still believe that extreme low-carb is the only way how one can lose fat effectively.
While it's true that you'll increase fat loss under certain circumstances when eating less carbs, no one should focus on eliminating them from their diet. It doesn't make sense.
