The Downsides Of Listening To A.I. Fitness Advice

The idea of an AI being your fitness coach might sound a bit weird but, considering current trends, it is far from unthinkable.

It’s remarkable how many possibilities there already are today.

There are a ton of videos where YouTubers ask ChatGPT how to get shredded, what training plan they should train after, or what they should eat to gain muscles.

I’ve watched some of that content and I was honestly a bit shocked about how far this technology seemingly already is.

Sometimes ChatGPT gave the questioner decent tips and setups for weight loss or muscle gain success.

There are voices out there saying that once established, like with any AI solution, it’s also a thing of cost-effectiveness for consumers:

Paying for an AI service could be offered very cheaply compared to expensive trainer hours or fitness coaching fees.

But does this mean that A.I. has a realistic potential to replace a human as personal trainer or coach?

This piece is my take and my personal opinion.

And my short answer is NO.

According to my understanding, AI will never replace…
