The Simple Reason Why Your Online-Fitness-Program Didn’t Work

The fitness market had grown to the extent that probably not many saw coming when there were no nationwide modern gyms.

Everybody who wanted to either did bodyweight exercises or trained in their basement with self-made equipment.

Exercising is probably as old as humanity. The ancient Roman soldiers needed to be fit, as did knights during medieval times.

Arnold Schwarzenegger and his then fellows started a movement in the ’70s making bodybuilding popular to more people, which soon became a trend that impacted fitness for the broad masses as we know it today.

The pandemic forced most of us to train at home instead of at the gym. And from one day to the other, clever businesspeople sold home training programs or equipment.

I think that these have their right to exist, and many people have had success with them.

Yet, there are also lots of people who claimed they didn’t see any results from them.

I want to shortly and nicely outline what the reason for that might have been.
