Very good one. I'd like to add that it's cool that you managed to go to the gym seemingly everyday. But even if it's been for an hour only, I'd not generally recommend doing that for everyone. It depends on the living situation, a student in their summer break will not have as high of a stress level from their workouts as a 42-year-old that's very busy. And too much stress is a killer for our gains and fat loss.
